World War II

World War II (WWII), for those who lived through or fought in it, is one of the twentieth century's defining events. For many people it is the only undeniably just war in history.

Frontline Figures will concentrate of armies made up by civilian soldiers, we recognises that the war was not fought and won by elite "special forces" WWII was fought in the main by conscripted civilians: men and women just like us.

This does not mean we will not be making elite troops as well we just won¹t have them out numbering the regular troops.

This war was fought by ordinary people doing extraordinary acts.

We at Frontline Figures are proud to announce our new line of WWII figures with one of the great missing series of figures-British Infantry '44, the backbone of the British army This series commemorates the culmination of five years of struggle with the Allies being positioned to launch the largest sea-borne invasion of enemy-held Europe.

This range will include infantry, tanks, artillery and support vehicles.

Each infantry set includes a replica of a soldier's pay book, a civilian ration book and one ration stamp. When our collectors have accumulated eight stamps in their ration book they can exchange the completed book (via our Hong Kong office) for a special Collector's Set.

This Collector's Set can only be obtained via the ration book, which will be returned with set and stamped "issued".
